Same boat here, I have been really successful with MyFitnessPal in the past but lately I have just not been motivated. Welcome back, here's to both of us meeting our fitness goals!

usually every other day as soon i wake up...oh yeah and nude lol.
-
you look great!
-
my job ALWAYS has food at least once a week...it's nice to be appreciated and treated but damn pizza, subs, cookies, donuts...etc....can we get a fruit bowl every now and then???? :)
-
lmao....totally gonna use that....haha
-
It feels soooooooo good!!!!! I love it even though it makes me feel a little shy and awkward because I'm bad with accepting compliments....I guess the best part is that it makes me want to work a little harder because it's actually paying off!! :)
-
thanks :)
-
lol

I've seen quinoa been mentioned a lot as being really healthy? what does it taste like though? I've heard it's similar to couscous but I've never had that either so...lol
-
haha...noted. but I'm not a big fan of meat though.
-
what do you usually put the almond butter on? just bread?
-
yeah I am picky, thanks for the headups though. I've seen those bolthouse drinks at the store. I'll grab both just in case..
-
wow, thanks for the info. how often do you drink protein shakes a day? better yet how what's your routine and how did you get that body? lol :)
-
say what?? think I may go donate some blood tomorrow..:)
-
k. thanks! i'm gonna buy some muscle milk tomorrow...saw it in the gas station today and almost bought it but wasn't too sure about the taste...lol.
-
AGREED! and unfortunately it's definitely not in my genetics....i've been working my *kitten* off...
-
thanks you. what protein powder do you recommend?
-
I'm not such a big fan of meat but I enjoy greek yogurt. I've been thinking about trying protein powders but I am an extremely picky eater and if it doesn't take good, I won't drink it...lol. do you know any that taste fairly well? have you tried muscle milk?
-
thanks!
-
oooohhhh nooo, don't tell me that...lol. i would love for the pooch to be completely gone but if that's unrealistic, I guess I can settle for a mini pooch :D
-
Yeah I know you can't spot reduce however once I lose the fat off top, those tight abs will be ready to come out and play :)
-
thanks darling! we'll both get there in due time!
-
I'm gonna look those crunches up on youtube right now!
-
thanks hunnie!
-
It's so sad because I'm a taurus so I'm just a little lazy by nature so cardio has always kind of been an "ehhh" thing for me...lol. I'm going to start doing more cardio though so I can get those results I'm looking for. Got a trip to Vegas and Miami next year....hoping to go pooch free...haha.
-
wow, great idea. I'll totally try it. I've been consuming A LOT of fiber lately...too the point where I was sooo uncomfortable at work because I was extremely bloated and had pains in my side/back. So I'm taking a break from that for a few days. I am a bread freak as well. Maybe I'll cut back on the carbs and see if that…
-
lol
-
I had a baby back in 2010 and he was delivered via c-section. i think that's supposed to make it harder to lose the pooch if I'm not mistaken
-
I'm a wuss, the heaviest I lift are 10lb weights..lol
-
thanks all! I do a lot of strength training exercises because I like the definition, should I incorporate more cardio in my routine?
