I wouldn't worry too much about not making the 1600 calories a day. I usually eat about half my allowance unless I have fish and meat on the same day. Depending on what the numbers are this may be a contributing factor. When you are larger you get a higher calorie allowance. I'm 325lbs so get an MFP calorie allowance of 2500 (I usually use about 1500). As I lose weight that allowance figure will go down as I won't need so many to feed my metabolism etc so I'll be eating…
