2 months ahh!:tongue: I am in as well! Current: 132 Goal: 125 It is more about toning for me then losing weight though... I run 3x/wk + elliptical and weights 3x/wk, and try to not eat to much junk, drink alcohol (other then wine), and try not to late night munch, or munch any time when I am really not hungry!

Expensive, but he sounds really active. My brother was not even a quarter active as that and ate like a horse....do not fret, if he keeps eating like that, and stops exercising as much, or starts gaining excessive weight then approach him with the idea that he should eat less!

Almond milk = best for soups (I used to work at a whole foods market's restaurant) I use unsweetened vanilla almond breeze for my pudding, and it works beautifully.

Get out of the house, I find when I am home I snack WAY more then when out of the house! Just remember why you are not going to give into the cravings....and of course have a little snack:smile:

Morning team, Anita - Sounds logical about the hair, what is your original colour? Sheila - In the sauna you lose water, not fat. I would not log it as anything, because you are just sitting there. Sweat does not always = a lot calorie/fat burn.
