  • Very Good job!! I wish I could swim well!! It was my easy 2mile run today (I ran along the beach, and it was really windy!!), and did 30min on the eliptical at the gym:smile:
  • Yes I do, I am glad I have the HRM now to tell me the truth! I do not really believe those machines anyways, they just do that I think to make people think they are burning more, or just do not have the technology to measure everyone correctly:smile:
  • ohh I just got a polar hrm...oh yayy!! Now I can see if the exercise equipment at the gym is right (I hope not!..hr wise) I hope everyone else is having a good day, I think eating a bit more really helped me!!
  • Thanks hun, I hope yours is better as well!!
  • Yeah I pay about 4-5$ for 4 muffins from Safeway (in Canada), probably not to different there
  • Glad you like it, I made it with portabella, asparagus, 1/4 cup yam (all grilled), and filled the rest of the space with baby mixed greens:smile: Portabellas do last a while!
  • Today is better I think, I am eating a bit more then 1200, and going to see if it makes a difference.
  • Morning gals and guys. Yesterday I felt like absolute lazy crap, I hope today is not the same:frown:
  • I like them, they do not taste exactly like ordinary chocolate muffins , but I do think they make a yummy low cal snack! They basically take away any chocolate cravings I have. I just buy them from the grocery store though.
  • I am from BC.
  • Li4g - Ewww, that sounds disgusting. Many people believe they can lose weight by just sitting in the sauna, but they are just losing water weight, silly people. • Li4g -Glad you liked it:smile: Kristi - No that is okay, I am trying not to drink for a while. Glad you like the recipe! Oh wow we bought DDR X tonight, it has a workout mode, and it is really fun! It tells you how many calories you have burned, and I probably burned around 200, I am working up a sweat!
  • I am in my first year:smile:
  • Wow, your faces looks great! You can do it, do not stop now! When you reach the end you will be so glad you did not stop!
  • No problem!! Oh yes, use can definitely use the foreman, I used my indoor grill! Wow.. it started out as such a good day after snowshoeing, but I ate and ate, and drank beer (light) gahh I did like 2100 calories+ frickkk, well tomorrow is a new day to kick butt right?..well I guess technically today:smile:
  • Kristi - It is fine, my bf still eats meat!! Li4g - I love portobellos! You could let them marinate for 15 mins, in a couple tsps (depends on how many) of balsamic vinegar, a bit of olive oil mixed well in, and some spices (basil, etc), and then grill them (about 5 minutes each side or 8 with a double sided girl), and…
  • Lulu - Thanks hun! You are awesome as well! I love when I do not have to undo my jeans, wow that sounds lazy! Cmr - It is fine, my bf was making fun of what I eat last night anyways:grumble: . I just got back from snowshoeing an hour ago, so fun, but I feel so lazy now:tongue:
  • Are they the alternative bagels? It really depends how long they have been out for. Try them, and if they taste fine just put them in the fridge!!

  • I would skip the butter, and just do a egg wash of the chicken, and then roll them in the crackers. You could add the worcestershire sauce into the egg wash.
  • Anita - Just start jogging for even a minute really slowly between walking...do not push yourself just go really slow (while still jogging) at the beginning, and work yourself up from there! Oh lulu! No it is not trying to be a turkey shaped!!! It is just a vegetarian substitute for turkey, and has stuffing it it it is…
  • Thanks hun! I was proud of myself, and really happy that my knee was not hurting. I think I should slowly get back into it (mileage wise), so I do not re-injure myself!! I had tofurky for Christmas, and I really liked it, and the stuffing was really good. 2 Years ago I make one myself, and it tasted like crap!!
  • Kristi - Thanks!! Yes today has already been 1000000000000000x better:tongue: Wahoo 5mile run!!
  • Wow.....last night was such a crappy night for me!!:grumble: Hopefully today is better!
  • Your welcome Kristi:smile:, it says it serves 3-4, but it really depends on the size of the head of cauliflower. I ate it all (a big nice plate) with half a small head, and was very full! I find it really easy to just grate it with a regular grater.

Haha yeah it was really good, I used half a small head of cauliflower, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp reduced…
  • I have knee problems from running, the best thing is to go to your doctor, and they may refer you if it is serious. Lay off your knees a bit, my sports doc said that pain is the last thing we feel in an injury! They take forever to heal too:grumble:
