Thank you! I don't have an HRM, so I did some research when I first started. The general consensus is that 'circuit training, general' is pretty close to what those with HRMs burn. So, I've logged it as 20 minutes of circuit training all the way through.

I'm not even that large-chested, but I MUST wear a bra when working out to the Shred. And yes, this workout, even at Level 1, is INTENSE! Great job getting through it, stick with it! Great modifications! Even having completed two full rounds of the Shred at this point, I'm still doing the modified (on the knees) push ups. It does look like a lot, but I think the most important thing to do is just listen to our bodies. If we're in tune with them, we know when enough is enough and when too much is just plain too much! Best wishes on your new schedule/plan. Let me know how it goes for you!
