I got 3 miles in this evening. Up to 27 out of 60. Not quite halfway there, and it's already the 21st. BUT, I will make it. Just about a 5K a day will get me there.

I'm up to 24 out of 60 miles for the month. I have to run approximately a 5K a day until the end of the month to reach my goal. That's doable!

I have 15 out of 60 complete. I'm a bit behind due to a week of nasty cold/sinus crap (plus a teething baby with an ear infection). Aiming to bump up the mileage in the next few days to "catch up"!

Pumpkin flax granola with unsweetened almond milk, coffee with creamer only and my usual supplements and water. I lost 4 pounds between December 12 and today, so I mean to carry on the hard work into 2013.
