    The last bus was 3 minutes early. I had to walk all the way home yesterday. That added quite a bit!

  • Still not moving enough, but what I'm getting has been quality. I'm able to consistently run 5K in about 28 minutes now. I hope to shave a couple of minutes off my time by summer!

    Been down for a few days with a pinched nerve in my neck/ shoulder area, but today I decided to push through the pain and just get moving again. Hope this helps it heal, I was starting to feel really weak from laying in bed.

    I got 3 miles in this evening. Up to 27 out of 60. Not quite halfway there, and it's already the 21st. BUT, I will make it. Just about a 5K a day will get me there.
