PASSED MY JAN GOAL OF 50 MILES - YAYYYY!!
Ran the furthest I have run yet!! Yay! Also, started using Runkeeper to track my distance and route. Today I'm going to try a couch to 5K program to guide me on my walk/run intervals. Running a little bit more each day feels good. I can breathe so much easier and feel a lot better. I do think there is something to be said for a runner's high...
