I think it'd be suitable for a teen to do... there are beginner modifications to pretty much all the moves so you can progress at your own level of fitness. Best wishes!

I have been sick for the past couple of days. I will be back in action on the Shred starting tomorrow morning AND I intend to double up a day or two to "catch up". It'll be good for me to get back in action full force! :-D How's the Shred going for you??
