Maybe a good goal/motivator would be a certain size jeans or dress?

I agree - if Carol is really not wanting to kill anyone/anything anymore, why not join forces with Morgan? Why leave? Doesn't she feel attached at all to any of these people? I was sure Eugene was selling Abraham out too, but maybe when they made eye contact, they just knew what was up. I'm still a little upset about…

I agree with @HealthyJho - I just put music on either on my computer or ipod and go with it. Best of luck! :flowerforyou:

I couldn't believe they killed her! BUT, I knew her yelling out there was not a good thing. How stupid can you really be? And why didn't Daryl and/or Rosita shut her up? This is building up for an epic season finale, if I do say so myself.

The best answer for this question: Cut off a few limbs. LOL

Open box. Pick donut. Eat donut. Log donut.

I thought Eugene was going to "bite the bullet" in this episode, but I didn't see what he did do coming at all. LOL I agree - I am so lost as to why Carol just up and left. What the hell is she thinking?

                Thanks!

The chart saves time... Instead of explaining the same thing 1,000,000x to 1,000,000 people - because no one knows how to use a simple search function. ;)

Welcome! If you ever need to order a new measuring tape, I like these ones: http://www.amazon.com/AccuFitness-MT05-MyoTape-Body-Measure/dp/B000G7YW7Y Makes it easier to make sure your accurate. We have two of them. :)

I measure my: * arms (biceps) at the largest point * forearms at the largest point * bust (over boobs) at largest point * chest (under bust) * waist at navel (easier to keep track) * Hips at widest * Thighs at largest * Calves at largest Best of luck!

My stats: 31 year old mom of four boys. Doing cardio and weights also. Have lost almost 20 lbs since 12/23/15, still need to lose over 55 lbs. Home Gym user. TWD fan for life. Don't watch college basketball, but love NCAA football (Go Buckeyes), and NFL (Go Browns... I know, I know.) I have my weight loss goal broke…

I did say IMO - which means In My Opinion - which I believe I am entitled to. When you set goals too high, and don't reach them, it tends to be extremely discouraging. I was just trying to make a point towards making a more attainable goal and then being happy if she loses more than she expects. Best of luck to both of you…

You realize that is about 6 weeks, right? Which equals about 3.33/lb per week? That is not a healthy goal, IMO. I would say more like 10 lbs by May 1st is do-able. Anything more is just a bonus. Best of luck. :flowerforyou:

That IS nuts! I've only been counting weight loss since 6 weeks postpartum, but if I include since delivery day I've lost approx. 44 lbs! Way to kick butt! ;)
 -
Oh, and an update on Sean - he's already 4months old and is 26" tall and 19lbs!
 -
Heyyyy everyone! (I'm Momma924) I weighed in at over 235+ when I finally had baby Sean Patrick on 11-11-2015. He was 9lbs 1 oz. Christmas (6 weeks postpartum), I was at 210lbs. I'm down to 191 now and working to get down to 135. I was 175 pre-pregnancy, so I still have 16 pregnancy lbs to lose, and another 40 lbs to lose…

I'm sorry if I'm walking into a set up here, but what happened to tip 2? lol ;)
