A bad Keto idea: making fat bombs, freezing them, then getting in lots of cardio walking back and forth to the freezer about 24 times (the amount of bombs I made and froze) to EAT them all ONE AT A TIME. Sheesh girl!

@Mele1973 here is a recipe I found on the fat bomb thread: 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp fine unsweetened coconut 3-5 drops vanilla cream stevia @ 135 cal each with 1 net carb, 13g fat and 3g protein. they sound fantastic!

snowyky06 - try drinking a mug of chicken bouillon maybe with a little HWC. I've also heard that using that "lite salt" can help with your keto adaption. I've also started buying SmartWater because of the added electrolytes. Good job!
