Even though you are a proficient walker I'd still recommend doing c25k to help with building up you running endurance. You can always continue to walk after those intervals for additional exercise. Running is just a whole different beast than walking. Good luck!

I've always liked weight loss shows and wedding shows. I get sucked into them every time.

I had success several years ago with flex plan but did not learn anything about nutrition. I enjoyed the core plan when it was around but after that I did not like the changes. At the end of the day, counting calories and being aware of the macros and how they affect me is working well for me.

Excellent program! Just follow the instructions and you'll be running in no time. Feel free to repeat weeks if you need. Listen to your body so as to avoid injury but don't psyche yourself out when you see the intervals get bigger. You will surprise yourself. Make sure you have some new shoes just for your running…

I think our task is to find a relationship with food that is healthy and can be maintained the majority of the time for life. Unless you are going to tote around your own pancake batter for life, I think this is one of those opportunities presented to us where we can show ourselves that we can enjoy anything in moderation…

The hormones Def could mess with your cycle. Since you did not say you were 100% sure you aren't pregnant, you could take a test to eliminate that possibility. Since this regimen is new, would discuss with your md so they have all info as they continue to monitor your results and the effects of the meds.
