I have finally learned the hard way!!! Not losing anything when I exercise hard and only take in 1200 - 1300. Day after day no loss. Then I upped my intake to 1800 - 1900, I burn at least 500 - 700 on the treadmill doing different programs along with free weights and the scales are moving again. It's only my theory, but…
