    One Year.....holy crap, you have had fantastic results!! And all you needed was hard work and determination....whenever someone asks me my secret...that is the answer "determination"...no other secrets :) and you definately got some determination......you have made a complete transformation and are hardly recognizable to your old self!!! Great job and keep up the hard work.... :)

    Bravo!! You are stunning! This is just the inspiration and motivation I needed today. It looks like I was close to the weight you were at when you started, so this give me hope and strength to know that I can do it too! I'm down 25 pounds so far. I set my first goal at 60, then I'll see from there...

    Well today Is my one year anniversary since joining myfitnesspal ....down 95 lbs , my pant size went from 18 to size 9 , shirt 2x to Medium & lots of inches :)

    5 lbs to go to my original goal of 100 lbs and then go from there...I love workout out ...I'm much fitter, stronger, healthier and happier :)
