    Well today Is my one year anniversary since joining myfitnesspal ....down 95 lbs , my pant size went from 18 to size 9 , shirt 2x to Medium & lots of inches :)

    5 lbs to go to my original goal of 100 lbs and then go from there...I love workout out ...I'm much fitter, stronger, healthier and happier :)

    You look fantastic - Great JOB!!! Its amazing how much this site really works, and all it takes is dedication! W2G!
