    Congrats! Wonderful progress!

What was/is your diet and workout regimen?
How many calories did you allow yourself?
How often do/did you work out?
    What kinds of exercises?

    You look great! =)

    Love and Alohas,

Thanks-I was on 1200 calories when I worked out I ate some of my exercise calories back if I was hungry I recently changed it so Im now on 1280 and eat more of my exercise calories back and I work out 6 days a week,,, I do to a cardio class on saturdays , bootcamp on Wednesdays, Spinning on Thursdays and I recently started running on the treadmill and I always incorporate strength training in my workout routines...when I started out I worked out for an hour now Its usually between 1.5-2 hours . For food pretty much everything fresh , no processed foods, hardly ever eat out, never deep fry , lots of fruits and veggies :)
