One Year Later...down 95 lbs :)

Well today Is my one year anniversary since joining myfitnesspal ....down 95 lbs , my pant size went from 18 to size 9 , shirt 2x to Medium & lots of inches
5 lbs to go to my original goal of 100 lbs and then go from there...I love workout out ...I'm much fitter, stronger, healthier and happier

Thanks-I was on 1200 calories when I worked out I ate some of my exercise calories back if I was hungry I recently changed it so Im now on 1280 and eat more of my exercise calories back and I work out 6 days a week,,, I do to a cardio class on saturdays , bootcamp on Wednesdays, Spinning on Thursdays and I recently started running on the treadmill and I always incorporate strength training in my workout routines...when I started out I worked out for an hour now Its usually between 1.5-2 hours . For food pretty much everything fresh , no processed foods, hardly ever eat out, never deep fry , lots of fruits and veggies1 -

One Year.....holy crap, you have had fantastic results!! And all you needed was hard work and determination....whenever someone asks me my secret...that is the answer "determination"...no other secrets and you definately got some determination......you have made a complete transformation and are hardly recognizable to your old self!!! Great job and keep up the hard work....
