The scale is evil, I don't like to use them myself. I like to judge by how I feel and how my clothes fit. Do not weigh yourself every day, maybe not even every week. Try every two weeks or once a month. Keep up the good work of eating right. Please add me as a friend!:flowerforyou:

I am 5 '3 and currently 154. My goal is 135, three pounds lighter than before my hysterectomy.
