i am 5'3.5 and i weigh about 112 now but i'd like to be in the 105-110 range...i just feel most confident this way! and i was, it's just that the holidays are really chappin my behind0

I'm 5'4" 135lbs and would like to get to just 129. I just want to see that number again. My highest was 140 right before graduating college and lost 13lbs in 6 months but I have NO idea how I did it because I was eating ramon noodles and cheese stuffed pretzels every day at work at the time. haha but I just started a weight training program so I'll probably weigh more than that if I put on some muscle and I'm ok with that. I guess I'd just like to LOOK like I'm in my 120's. hahaha

I'm 5' 4.5" - and I'm not sure what my UGW is yet, but I can't wait to find out! I'm thinking anywhere from 130-150? Right now I'm 220, and just glad the weight's coming off!

I'm 19 and 5'4 on a good day. as I say.
I started out a year ago at 156.
And when I started using MFP a little less than month ago, I weighed myself at 149. And now I'm down to about 143.
My goal is to be 130 again too.
I am constantly looking in the mirror and sucking my stomach in, and imagining myself with that body.
I heard that sucking your stomach in is about 10 lbs. I sure hope it's less as opposed to more, but I can settle with those 10lbs.
I haven't taken any pictures yet, though I feel like I truly should.

Hi! I'm 5" 3.5 and I'm currently 134, my goal is to get to about 116-118 or so. I've been 114 before, at my lowest, and I felt so happy at that weight. But I don't think I'll get back to that weight cos I've got a lot more muscle than I did then.0

I'm 5'4" and weight 250lbs, this isnt the heaviest i've been, but its enough to get me back on track. My goal is 133lbs. I managed to get down to 154lbs in the past, but got complacent and stressed and didnt take care of myself. Now it's time to change things 8:o)0

I'm 5'4, and currently about 120lbs. At my heaviest, (last year, aged 21/22) I was roughly 147, and utterly miserable with myself. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I was 110lbs when I was 18/19, and I ballooned during university.0

I am 5 foot 4 1/2 inches tall. What should my ideal weight be? I have to take into consideration the fact that I am 60 years old. I can't weigh as little as I did when I was younger.0

Another 5'4" lady here! Am around 145 (though I'm scared to weigh myself after the christmas feasting!). Aiming to get to 130 but also want to be super toned and fit.

I'm just, just under 5'4" as well! I'm almost always 152, but am 158 (thank you holidays + PMS...). I have a goal right now of 135, but not sure how set that is. I'm pretty muscular and workout a lot now, so my secret goal is lower, but for now it's 1350

I am 5'4 and my goal is 125ish. I am 142 and this is the heaviest I have been at in 6 years. I like the way I feel around 125-130. My lowest was 118 and I looked like a stick...and it was very difficult to maintain.0

I'm 5'4" too! I finally hit my all time high after getting married and cooking big meals and cookies etc! My lowest was 154, and i was still a little over weight but very happy with my curves, My current goal is 150 and to be healthy!0

I'm 5'4" (when I stand up REALLY straight):laugh: and my starting weight was 191. I'm thinking that 135 would be great, but really for me it's more of a clothes size thing. I am currently a 14/16 depending on the fit and I would be perfectly happy as an 8. I'm 46 years old.0

HI, Ladies! I'm 35, 5'4 and currently weight 177. I have my goal set for 140, but only because I haven't weighed that little since before my first child - and she's 6! My final goal is probably around 130, but we'll see how it goes once I get closer. I weighed 118 when I got married 16 years ago, then stayed around 130 for a few years until I had troubles with my thyroid and gained some weight. I stayed around 145-155 for a few years. Then came 3 babies and here I am!

I am also 5'4" and I weigh 140 which is the highest I've been in a couple of years. I was 122 for about a week but I am most comfortable being around 128. I put on about 12 stress pounds in the past year and I'm desperately trying to lose them.
I am also wondering about how many cals everyone is consuming? I have been reading conflicting things. I just read a lot about upping calories, especially if you don't have much to lose. I wonder if that will work for shorter people who generally don't need as many calories? I find it really hard to eat 1200.0 -
