You are not unique at all. I, and I'm sure others, crave those kind of sugars all the time. I have to take it day by day. I am getting better but not al all where I want to be. I don't know whether it's because I cannot do it (addicted) or that I just don't want to. It's work.

When i first started working out, I went to PF. It was only $10 and open 24 hours. I went early in the morning and worked out to my heart's content. It was close to the house which was also a plus. They had a lot of free weights as well as machines. When I moved a little further, I joined a more expensive gym paying $85 a…

That is a good idea, planning ahead what I'm going to eat the next day. I guess that works hand in hand with the meal prep.

How do the sweet potatoes keep? I know you cook them in advance but do you eat them like a baked potato or mash them? I like the idea so I guess I just have to do it!!

I think the doctor was wrong for lying about the policy but the woman is wrong to try to sue for something that, in the end, has her and her baby's interest at heart. I can't speak on the weight because I have never been that heavy so I don't know the risks but I would feel better if I had a different doctor for the simple…

I'm 5'1" and right now I weigh 152. I was down to 140 but fell off the wagon but I want to get back to that weigh. At my highest I was 197. Still can't believe that! Weight has been a struggle all my life but now finally, at 52, am learning to eat in moderation and I also now love to exercise so that helps. But to answer…

I'll add you or you can add me because believe me I have been there and am going through a plateau that is self induced. i have lost quite a bit before coming on this website and since then it seems to be trying to come back. I'm fighting it with Zumba and the gym but the biggest demon for me is eating!!!! Maybe we can all…

I get hungry after strength training too but I usually do a protein smoothie or protein bar. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't!

I have to give you kudos on your weight loss journey. Although people may be critical of your methods, you have to do what is best for you as long as you are not damaging your body. Every person is different. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa. I woudl love to add you as you are what I need to keep…

I feel like if you look good, you feel good and if you feel good your workout will be outstanding! Don't let the haters bother you! I don't. I'm 51 years young and I like looking good whether I'm at the gym, outside or in my home working out! If they are hating you know you are looking fierce! :-)

Way to go!!!
