I don't know how much of a difference this makes but maybe you need to downgrade, or even upgrade, your base level of activity. For example, if its set to highly active try sedentary. Im not sure if this is good advice though! :/ Good luck.

Be careful!!! I was doing the brown bag method until it started a fire... Twice. Haha. Now I bought a microwavable bowl that's made for this purpose at Target.

1) I'd like to add that JUST a mustache is probably the hardest look any guy could try to pull off. Some can, of course. But it's rare. 2) how is it possible that, out of many 'it scratches my face' type comments, no one has said 'it tickles my thighs'. I truly expected this joke from the get go! Scruffy! But in a 5 o'clock shadow sort of way. Ultimately the type or style of facial hair depends on the guy and his features. But overall, in my opinion, facial hair (done right) beats clean shaven usually.

I've been told that going to thrift stores and consignment shops are good for this bc most people make resolutions, lightly use their new equipment and then lose commitment and sell it. Also I don't know if Canada has craigslist or similar?

I like pudding for my night cravings. Or airpopped popcorn with just a bit of kettle corn flavored powder. Even just a bit of warmed milk with a dash of ovaltine can do it. Lots of options, tonight I went with grapefruit.

Went to a club meeting today, where there were about 7 different types of awesome-toppinged pizzas and soda and I didn't have any! Instead, after, I came home and had broccoli and homemade hummus for lunch!

I count it mainly because I don't want to break the habit of counting everything. I really don't think it counts in the grand scheme of things though. Try chewing half a piece at a time. I used to tease my mom for doing it, but now I do too!
