Bumping for later!
-
Thanks everyone! Please feel free to add me!
-
Usually it's either oatmeal honey, greek yogurt with honey or two scrambled eggs. Sometimes I add chia seeds to my breakfasts.
-
I definitely need to peruse this later!!

Whenever I'm stressed I like to watch a candle's flame move. I have always found it to be a soothing way to clear my head but it was years before I found out that it's used as a form of meditation. I ended up facepalming, like "duh, that's what I was doing! Of course!" Edit: you'd be surprised how effective it is in…

Go back with a metal detector before it gets mowed over. Or even using a flashlight at night may work bc it'll glint. File a report with the local police station, or notify management if it was at an establishment. Other than that, I am sorry. That really sucks. Congrats on the weight loss though. Hopefully your husband…

We are always being watched by SOMEONE. But for me, not only would I probably feast while on a cruise, but I would surround myself with interesting companions so my entertainment wasn't watching others at the watering hole.
-
Can't wait to try this!!!
-
According to Jello, it won't set with anything but cows milk. So that means no to almond, soy or coconut. I am not sure if goat milk counts, but I have no desire or means to test it. I have also heard canned milk won't work. Why? I don't know. But don't waste your money trying. Another Poster mentioned xantham gum, which…

So far I have had them in various yogurts and overnight oats recipes. I've also added them to vanilla coconut milk with a drop of lemon extract for a tapioca-ish pudding. It might be a placebo, but I do feel much fuller after them. The key is to give them time to sit and absorb the liquid.
-
I saw somewhere that someone used ground flaxseed and almonds as the breading. I haven't tried it but you might like it. I know this wasn't the point of the post but it sounded too yummy, and healthy, not to pass along.
-
Bumping this for later. Sounds awesome!
-
They ENRAGE me. And most people who hold their phone while driving, too.
-
I'll have try this!
-
I intend on signing up for a month trial next Paycheck. I'll let you know how it goes. But I must say, I am nervous!
-
I have no idea which is best for weight loss. I wouldnt be surprised if they were pretty even. But I would pick self defense if it was me! For sure! Ask your advisor what each class looks like so you can get an idea for calorie burn?
-
Cut up small, freeze for a few hours, throw in a processor with a tad milk and any flavorings and then you have banana 'ice cream'. You could probably make a huge vat of it, section it out into servings and refreeze for later. After a few hours in the freezer it gets too hard, so it may have to thaw a little.

Oh and going from a liquid diet to other foods might give you stomach problems. So if there is food at this event next Saturday, the change of diet may have you in the bathroom the whole time.
-
I have never done a liquid diet but i would suggest using a juicer just from what I have read. I have heard the 'lemonade clense' helps lose weight TEMPORARILY. Some people swear by it for events, but my friend tried it and was miserable. I DO suggest you weigh WHY you are doing this against possible health ramifications.…

I plan on signing up for a 30 day trial at a local bikram studio as soon as I get my next paycheck. I have no insight on calorie burns yet but i am going to wear my hrm when I go. What did you think of the class? I have no balance or grace so I am ridiculously intimidated.
-
I am American. Milk is milk, cream is cream, creamer is creamer, and coffee is black unless I specify otherwise. Maybe its not an 'American' thing but a regional thing? Also, jam and jelly are different to me but many people use them interchangeably. It's a pet peeve of mine.
-
Bump bc I'll need check this later bc I am clueless about the most basic aspects of strength training.
-
I love YA books and probably always will. If you like dystopian novels, have you tried The Uglies series?
-
Officially on Wednesdays bc it's the middle of my week and bc my weekends tend to be horribly high in sodium and therefore water retention. But I unofficially check my weight anywhere from 0-billion times in-between official weigh ins.
-
Everything, sadly.
-
I decided to sign up for a 30 day pass with some friends as soon as I get paid. I'll let you know how it goes, but I am WAY, WAY intimidated.
-
I heard the poses are even more difficult/extreme in and of themselves. Is this true? I've always wanted to try it but I'd need entry level poses.
-
Time and a half! Woohoo!
-
I literally live right across the bridge, that counts in my book.
-
I'm going to have to come back to this!
