Can I just get a printed strength routine??

I think I have hit some sort of plateau and need to move on. I have lost 35 pounds by going to the gym and doing mostly cardio. INtense cardio, I try and make the machines harder. But I think I need to move into weights. I can not find any where that I can just print a weight lifting routine (for women). I workout in a gym, not in my yard. I will use the weights and machines (which I perfer just cause it gives me the right way of doing things) there. Maybe I am making it more difficult to find stuff. I of course and not looking to bulk up (all women say that!) I just need to build a little more muscle to burn more fat!
Any ideas or websites you can give me will help tremendously! Oh I am about 200 pounda, if that helps!
Thanks

most gyms have trainers, Best money i ever spent was on a trainer to customize routines for me and make sure i was doing them properly and safely. I've spend many years in gyms floundering on my own unsuccessfully, and in 3 months the custom training program has done more for my body than i ever did.0

Thank you guys, Really helps! I like that PDF too! I wanted something to write on and this will help. I do want to try a trainer, but I want to start and see where I go first. I have printed all the stuff out you guys told me to! I really appreciate it!0

About halfway down there is a "find Your Plan" with a spot to pick male/female, age and what you want...weight loss or muscle building. I find anything by Jamie Eason pretty simple and easily adaptable to home workouts too if that ever became an option. You can print out PDF versions of each days workout. I am doing the 12 week tone and define right now. I really like it! It combines cardio and lifting.0 -
I really, really like the book Body Sculpting Bible For Women, because it has several different comprehensive weight lifting workouts written out week by week AND a corresponding picture and explanation of each lift that you can refer to as you go (until you learn the terminology). The first time I bought the book was in 2005 and I went from 29% body fat to 16% body fat in about 12 weeks. I stand by the workouts as a good solid weight-lifting starting point.0
