Has any one tried this?
I have no clue if it will work, I am going to try it tomorrow, but just thought I would ask first.

It probably won't work. I know it won't work with soy or almond milk. But if you add a little bit of xanthan gum (available in the gluten free baking section) it will thicken up quite nicely.

Why won't almond milk work? I just bought some for this purpose.

According to Jello, it won't set with anything but cows milk. So that means no to almond, soy or coconut. I am not sure if goat milk counts, but I have no desire or means to test it. I have also heard canned milk won't work. Why? I don't know. But don't waste your money trying. Another Poster mentioned xantham gum, which sounds good, but I've never tried using.
