Looks and sounds yummy! Have you tried using PB2 for peanut butter substitute for even less calories?

Great topic... I constantly go back and fother with this.... This could be my problem and why I'm hitting my plateau! UGH! Good advice ladies I think I will try this advice for a week and see what the difference is. :happy:

I also have to agree with previous posts. I also use a Heart rate monitor. They sell them at a variety of places. I got mine at Best Buy! I completed day 5 of Insanity today... LOVE IT! good luck and just stick with it don't give up on yourself. You will be sore a few days in but just remember it's a feel good sore! LOL...

I'm on day 22 of 30 DS... before doing 30 DS I finished 90 days of p90x which most of those workouts are 60-90 minutes. This is really good information... Im always scared to eat my workout calories that MFP adds back into my day. During this month of starting on MFP i've tried to stay within 1200-1400 calories a day even when MFP adds back into my daily allowance 1200 caloried burned during a workout so it still leaves me with over 1000…

I LOVE Just Dance 3 as a workout. I've been doing it every morning since Jan 1st. for about an hour every morning and I lose about 1050-1300 calories just dancing. And in 3 weeks i've lost 10 lbs. So im pretty excited about that! My 8yr old son was the one who wonted it for Christmas and now I use it more than him! LOL....
