I'm 5'10 1/2".... I'm currently around 178. I would like to be 170, but would be more pleased just dropping my waist to 31 or 32 inches. :D

I just want to say, in any business there are good and bad. High pressure and low. I have been a Beachbody coach for a long time, but rarely "sell." I do this because I believe in the stuff I buy and I want to help people. I understand why people have cost aversion to the products, but they work for me. That said, to be…

I was the same way. I was in denial about my successes. I knew in my head I was doing well, but I couldn't convince myself. People would mention how my clothes were loser and that I needed to get new clothes, and I refused. When I did, I just got the next size down because there was "no way" I needed anything smaller. We…

Rest days don't mean you have to do nothing.... Stretching, for example, is a perfect rest day activity.

About half done with day two.... I feel like I'm floating. LOL

I'm so sorry you're having a rough time. Jut remember, a week is just a week. Your weight can fluctuate, I gain weight at the end of the week. Anything can affect it, lack of sleep, stress... Just do your best, get through this through positive thoughts and exercise, and regroup. This is a long term goal for all of us, a…

I'm a coach for Beachbody. The reason I decided to coach for Beachbody is because I found their products worked for me. Do I think other programs could have worked? Maybe. But, I tried so many different ways to lose weight, and this was the only one that helped food and fitness "click." I didn't have to buy multiple…

I keep looking at that registration... I really want to, but I'm not really a runner.

It's absolutely possible, and to do it healthily to boot. That's about 2-3 pounds a month. I agree with everyone else. Take a hard look at what you eat and your workout. Don't underfeed yourself, that won't do you any favors. And hold yourself accountable. Looks like you already have an awesome group of people willing to…

I do a workout in the morning with a boot camp four days a week and a Beachbody program in the evenings five to six days a week. It can be done, but you need to really listen to your body as far as nutrition and if you need time to heal. I would recommend using an HRM for all activities to get a pretty precise count on…

Full Disclosure, I'm a coach too. Here's what I know. You don't have to have done P90X or X2 in order to do X3. It really is only thirty minutes. There are modifiers for all exercises so any level can do it. I was able to try some of the moves when at an event in Dallas, it's a lot of fun. The success rate is astounding.…

IMHO, free weights are better because you have to focus more on your form and core. With machines, I find your form can suffer. There are a ton of options for free weights, and you can incorporate them into your cardio. Also, don't discount body weight exercises, like pushups and pullups.
