I am shooting for 140-145. I don't mind fluctuating in that range. I have always been "heavy"; I am very muscular. Before I gained all of my weight I was 148 and wore a size 4 so I don't think I want to be much smaller than that.

Hi! Just try to stay positive we all go through hard times. Here are some things that I have helped me. I have to set a schedule and stick to it.
