Just keep in mind that muscle weighs more then fat. Alot of people say to stay away from the scale because it can discourage you thinking you're gaining weight when it's really just muscle building up. As long as you keep your food intake regular and healthy you'll do just fine :)

It's really up to you when you want to weight yourself BUT if you ask me, from experience I would say ONCE a week at the SAME time each week. I weigh myself every Monday morning as soon as I wake up (usually around 8) I've seen my mom weigh herself a couple times a week throughout the day and she always gets discouraged…
