I like the advise to talk to an adult or even your family doctor. He could show you the BMI charts and tell you exactly what you should weigh for your age and height. Don't let today's society make you feel insecure about your size. The next growing spurt will probable thin you down as you grow taller. Best wishes and hugs.

I so can do it the trick is staying motivated, I will be doing 60 min water arobics classes at the Y. I'll try four 5 times a week but may only make it 4.
