Hello, I'm 14, weigh 41 kgs and is 5'0'' (I know it may not seem like I weigh much, but I look chubby, maybe because of height?) I'd like to get to know other people for some tips on healthy weight loss and motivation. Thanks!

At 14, you should probably not be worried about your weight. You're still growing. It might be a good idea to talk to a trusted adult if you're feeling insecure. Hugs, honey. :flowerforyou:0

Aw, thanks for your support! I've attempted to talk to an adult but it didn't exactly turn out well, so I'm just trying to take action myself, but thank you very much for your advice!0

I like the advise to talk to an adult or even your family doctor. He could show you the BMI charts and tell you exactly what you should weigh for your age and height. Don't let today's society make you feel insecure about your size. The next growing spurt will probable thin you down as you grow taller. Best wishes and hugs.0
