  • Awesome! Good luck!
  • Used to work at Pringles in their customer service department (people get really, really upset if a few of the chips in that tube are crushed!!) and at times we'd get people calling wondering if it is true that there was some ingredient added to make people literally not be able to stop ("once you pop...") - not true, of…
  • That is so amazing!! Well done you! :D
  • Linessa makes some great ones, anything from mozzarella and cottage cheese to low fat brie and cheddar and it's all amazing! I love it!
  • Depending on what my main meals have added up to during the day I snack if I'm hungry/if I need to to bring myself up to 1200+ calories. I don't really have a limit on them. Most days they add up to 300ish though. I snack on nuts, dark chocolate, berries, sometimes fruit but it depends on how much sugar I have room for…
  • When I cut out sugar I only need to do it for a couple of weeks. After that, when I eat sweets for example I don't even think it's nice! You stop craving it and it definitely does not taste as nice as you remember when you try something again. I do have sugar free sweets for times like Easter/Christmas or cinema for…
  • That's fantastic!! well done! you look amazing!
  • Pretty Little Liars and The Lying Game, definitely (and New Girl, but that's not even a GP, no way, that's just pure amazingness!) I don't have time to watch that much TV though so I try to not get into too many shows during term time.
  • I concentrated on endurance at first. I set a goal of 25 minutes straight at first, then upped it to 30, then 35 etc and didn't worry too much about the speed I was going at or anything. I just wanted to show myself that I could finish what I had started. After that I set goals of 4.5km, 5km, 5.5km and let go of the time…
  • I really like some of the H&M ones this season.
  • I've been with android from the beginning - I had the first Google phone that was made, the G1 (and loved it!), went from that one to the HTC Desire I have today and I'm half sad, half excited to say that it will be upgraded to an iPhone 4S next week. After 36 months with Android phones it will be interesting to see what I…
  • I bought some for my brothers but none for myself and I doubt anyone will give me one so probably not. I like giving them away, so to give them away will be my easter treat.
  • I weigh myself every day sometimes, especially if I want to see how a particular food/meal has affected my body. If I eat something I normally don't I'm curious sort of thing... I never end up weighing myself every single day of the week though, but I might do it like 4 days in a row here and there. I used to be really bad…
  • Soft drink - but I'm in England. I think most people here call it that, or fizzy drink/lemonade.
  • I haven't ever lived alone, but I can imagine that I'd be quite happy doing so if it came to it. I'd probably want a goldfish or a cat or something to chat with (haha) but right now the thought of not having flatmates is a tempting one! Might not be so much fun in the long run though. What does get to me though is having…
  • Haha as mine is to be a music lawyer we should team up! ;)
  • My dream is to get to use my law degree for something media and/or music related. To be an in house lawyer for Universal for example would be incredible or to get to work with Intellectual Property in general. Something else I'm dreaming of doing is being able to take my mum on holiday - go somewhere amazing for a few…
  • Wow well done you!! :D That's awesome, and you're so pretty (both before and after!!).
  • I usually have the grilled salmon in Frankie & Benny's, and ask for no potatoes but a salad (no dressing) instead.
  • Will have my Law degree in 2 months!
  • When I first started exercising I noticed this as well, but it's completely stopped now that I've lost pretty much all the weight I had to lose (have 2.5kg to go). I make sure to keep my sodium intake low as well though so could be linked to that.
  • Definitely not a stress eater! I really struggle to eat at all when I am stressed. Around exam time (I'm a student) I am lucky if I manage to eat (and keep down) one meal a day.
  • I just got back from holiday in Denmark this morning and they had these amazing sweets with 0.6g of sugar/100g and 50g fiber/100g! They were sooo nice and so guilt free! I love stuff like that (when they're nice and actually taste good). I really wish we had them over here in the UK where I can't really seem to find sugar…

  • I think I actually got hit on more before I lost the weight! According to my guy friends it's because I'm so fit now that guys think I'm out of their league hahaha. They're trying to make me feel better I think!!
  • I was just going to say that it sounds like Battle Royale (but maybe more kids friendly?). I haven't read the books but I might go see the film.
  • As an atheist I really doubt I would ever be able to be in a serious relationship, or probably even date, someone religious. If I had kids I would certainly be against them going to church (etc.) until they're old enough to make an informed decision on their own. If it works then it works, great, but I can only imagine the…
  • It's one of those "whatever works best for YOU" situations I think. I have PCOS so to me it's key to avoid food with a high glycemic index and a lot of fruit does fall into that category - pineapple, mango, banana for example. For someone else, without any medical reason to stay low GI/low (fast) carbs might choose to eat…

  • This. :) Avoid fast carbs if you're struggling (especially sugar) and make sure you read up on exactly what actually counts as a form of sugar (starch for example i.e potatoes = sugar) and stay low when it comes to carbs in general and the weight should come off. I have PCOS and I've been eating low GI for 7 months and…
  • My dad told me when I was 7 how he had decided to walk out on my mum and I when I was a baby, but that he didn't when he found out my mum was expecting my brother. I basically took that on as me not being good enough, but he was happy to stay for my brother. It definitely shaped who I grew up to be, I always tried to earn…
  • LOVE that one! Haven't had it in a year or so though... usually have the baked salmon with pesto - no fries or potatoes, salad without dressing instead when we go there now. I really like their spaghetti and meatballs as well but again, don't think I've had that for months and months.
