When I first started exercising I noticed this as well, but it's completely stopped now that I've lost pretty much all the weight I had to lose (have 2.5kg to go). I make sure to keep my sodium intake low as well though so could be linked to that.

Definitely not a stress eater! I really struggle to eat at all when I am stressed. Around exam time (I'm a student) I am lucky if I manage to eat (and keep down) one meal a day.

I just got back from holiday in Denmark this morning and they had these amazing sweets with 0.6g of sugar/100g and 50g fiber/100g! They were sooo nice and so guilt free!
