Cut into pieces and put them in the fridge and then just have 1 piece per day or every few days. It's nice to have a treat every once in a while but just don't go overboard.

I tend to use splenda. It is sucralose. I would use the stevia brands, but it doesn't like to dissolve. Splenda is also better for baking. I try to stay away from aspartame. Honestly, probably none of the sweetners are good for you, but we don't really have any other good alternatives right now.

I have been doing the same thing, but I am unemployed right now so I have made getting into shape my job. When I get back to work I won't be able to do as much. When I was working I only got in 60-90 minutes a day.

Bob Harper has a workout dvd called Total Body Transformation that Is supposed to be specifically for breaking plateaus. It is pretty intense so I would think it would certainly help.

the fresh strawberries were wonderful and last week at the farmer's market I got some delicious potatoes and cucumbers. I am pretty picky about veggies, wish I liked more.

take the kids to the pool. Swimming is an awesome exercise. You and the kids can also go for walks together.

I used to drink a lot when I was younger but about 7 years ago I decided I didn't really need or want to anymore. I may drink a few beers if I go to a concert or to a dance, but I haven't done that in ages. Also, since I am really watching my calories right now, there is no way I'd give up any calories for alcohol.

It would probably be better not to eat past 10 pm, but I am a night owl so it is really difficult for me. In the end I just decided that I had to do what works best for me. After all, I have to do this for the rest of my life so it has to be something I will maintain. I eat when I am hungry plain and simple.

you might want to try changing up your workouts a little more. Sounds like you do the same things over and over. You may want to add some strength training. Bob Harper's workout videos are awesome.
