  • Anymore alot of churches offer services on Saturday nights, so hopefully alot of people that dont want to miss church can go on Saturday night and attend your wedding on sunday! A brunch reception sure sounds yummy!
  • my best quick fix has always been insanity. Every time I do the program i see considerable change. Unfortunately its one of those things that once i quit doing it, its really easy to put on the weight i lost
  • I'm in! I have about 9-5lbs left depending on the day. I'm mostly hoping to tone up and lose at least 5! my goal is at least 6 workouts a week, keeping up on water and slowly cutting in half my refined sugar intake.
