Hi everyone! I just got engaged this weekend! Hoping for a Sept 2013 wedding. i have the last 8-10 lbs to lose and then hoping to tone up.

I know i'm late October is almost over but I would like to add my own personal goals this month have been: -6 workouts a week -being less concerned with calorie count and more concerned with healthy, real food.

I like this mini goal so i am adding to it even though its old. My mini goal is at least 6 workouts. and my 65 oz of water a day. I've been really slacking on water lately. time to step it up

Hello Everyone- I just got engaged this weekend! The goal is for a fall 2013 wedding. My personal goal is to lose the last stubborn 8-10 that have been hanging on but ideally i would also really like to tone up and look fit, not skinny fat!

I usually try to eat something light before i work out. or drink a protein shake!

I did upper body this morning and i'm already soo sore, but I will give it my best.

i've been on vacation last week and now again starting wednesday so no measuring right now for me!

ahh that sounds wonderful! i had a bachlorette party friday night, a wedding saturday day and friends in town all weekend, and then i also saw magic mike with my roommates on sunday!

I had moved back up to 130 the last week and a half. this week i'm back down to 128 whooo! but the next 6 weeks are completely scheduled with vacations 3 weddings and all the hundreds of showers and what nots that go with those weddings so hopefully i will still have time to keep up my workout schedule!

I'm about 5'3 130 i would have a really hard time dating a guy smaller than me. I would have a hard time feeling girly around smaller than me.

i'm not weighing in til next week. I started back up insanity this week and it is kicking my butt! Also ordered NROLFW from the library, and am thinking about starting that. Hope everyone has a great week!

i'm not having exactly the same problem but i am having problems. when my heart rate gets high it with either sometimes stop recieving the signal, or other times it will say my heart is still up in that high zone even though i have stopped running or whatever and began stretching and i know my heart rate has started to go…

I'm here! unfortunattely i'm up a lb and a half. i'm blaming it on tom. Also had my bf % measured this week for work and it looks like its gone up too! :( so this week i will be kicking it up!

Current weight: 128 (as of monday) Chest: 34 Waist: 28 (down a half inch!) Hips: 38 Thigh: 21 current bf %: 24.1 Goals for this week: -at least 4 workouts- up to 3 already! -70 oz water every day! Goal weight- 120-125lbs

i've seen some stuff on amazon you can buy in bulk. i guess its not realistic for my kitchen space wise since i live with 3 other girls but thought it may save some money and time at the grocery.
