Absolutely you will lose weight from walking! That person has no clue what they are talking about. Of course....you still have to watch your calories and not eat twice as much as you burn off. I started off walking....worked my way to jogging and feel wonderful :)

Thanks guys! I ran it in a PR time of 35:40. I placed 2nd in my age division! Got my first running medal :) **And yes...this was a small town 5K...but I will embrace every victory :)

Totally agree...I could not believe it! What if it was their loved one who got back in?...would they hate the game then? I think the chance back is nice since some ppl are eliminated totally for "game play" purposes. This gives the "ones who deserve it" another fighting chance.

Yep...i feel lots better. I'm sure it's a combo of weight loss and exercise. I feel great after a run. My knees don't hurt near as bad as they use to.

My acne didn't start until I was about 18 and now at 34 I still have issues. Keeping my face clean and drinking more water (NO SODA) and working out really do seem to help with it. I guess I will always the 1 or 2 pimples a month....but I can live with that. I also rarely wear makeup. But that's partly due to laziness ;)
