Triyng ot cut the caffeine...advice needed
So I'm trying to be good in the caffeine department. Is some caffeine really that bad? I don't drink coffee...never have. I usually have about 12 oz of soda w/caffeine each day. My plan is to keep the fridge at work stocked with those little 7 oz Cokes and try to just dink one of those a day. I can't go total diet soda…
