Once a week, same time - morning, at the gym before I work out or eat

I work out in the morning, and I never eat before I go. The few times I've done it, I feel like I'm going to barf after I really get going. I eat right when I get home, especially after weight days (PB toast w/ banana, honey, & cinnamon, and yogurt).

Brush your teeth after your final meal. Floss, mouthwash. You won't want to have to do that all again!

I have peanut butter toast with banana and yogurt for breakfast. I do a lot of chicken and rice with a vegetable. Last night we had Cajun Chicken Pasta by SkinnyTaste. A cheese stick and some fruit as usually my snacks. My journal is public (I think) if you want to look at it.

I weigh every day, but I log once a week on Saturday morning. I log my daily weight in the food note box so I can track the week.

Chick fil a had burgers? Aren't they chicken only? Their grilled chicken on a whole wheat bun actually isn't bad for you. 290 calories I think. I get that along with a fruit cup and unsweet tea when we go out.

I do, so I know how much I can eat and what it's going to cost me. Especially helpful if I see something looming that I want. If I put it in and see the calories before I eat it, a lot of the time I'm dissuaded.
