I usually eat an whole grain english muffin with fried egg, spinach, fat free cheese, and turkey deli meat. Lots of protein and it fills me up. Or a bowl of oatmeal or nutella and bananas on a whole wheat Eggo waffle.

my opinion.... the guys that are on MFP are all eye candy! it's extremely sexy to know that you're taking care of yourself and choosing healthy lifestyle habits. I love love a guy who isn't cocky but knows to take care of himself, mind/body/soul :drinker: !

Massanutten Resort in VA is really nice. There's hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, swimming, skiing, tubing, zip-lining, etc.... We went there in July and really enjoyed it and we've also been at Christmas.

Raisin Bran Crunch, Special K Multi Grain and MultiGrain Cheerios are my top cereals right now....all with Silk Almond Milk!! yummm..

I like Quinoa, my family doesn't. I've cooked it for breakfast and added cinnamon/sugar or a scramble egg. I tried the new Special K Nourish with Quinoa this morning and really liked it. Quinoa is a great source of protein!

I LOVE Zumba! I started in Feb 2012. I also love my instructor and love the music! The class is 2x a week. When I first started I never thought I'd still be doing it 1 1/2 yrs later. I have found zumba clothes on Amazon.com and Zumba.com.

I gave up fast food.... after not having one for awhile, I had a McDonalds cheeseburger a few months ago and realized how salty it was! blech. And no potato chips or soda. Everything else in moderation.

I love coffee in the morning! so mine is usually a big cup with Vanilla Caramel creamer (30 cal/tsp) and a packet of Stevia in the Raw. Stevia is supposed to be all natural and plant-based. I also love Celestial Seasoning Green Tea k-cup with one packet of stevia. I don't feel either way is too bad..

don't give up..... 14 lbs is a lot actually... It's tough but you're tougher. I've been exercising and watching my calories since Jan 2013 and only lost 8 lbs!! (I'm also 50 and my metabolism has slowed alot!).... you're doing a great job with switching you routine.. just keep it up and don't look at the scale.
