I'm thinking about adding The 17 Day Diet to my Kindle to read. Is it worth it? Has anyone had success with this diet?
I started on MFP in January. I'm 5'8" and 161 lbs. The system has me at 1200 calories. I'm doing my best to stay at that level or alittle below.
