If you or slightly under and had a good healthy food day I'm going to "like" your status. Now if you barely ate and are under your goal calorie intake....I'm not going to do so. I may even give my healthful hits of eating to meet your goals.

I think that you need to go to your settings and go by the guided information. I'm worried that you are eating TOO little. Take your time loosing that last 7 lbs. and it will stay off. Its better to be healthy than hurt your body in the long run.

Day by day it will come off. I also think you should only weigh yourself once per week and weigh in the morning. Good luck and keep up all the hard work

I try to walk w/ a friend but you are right the schedules don't always work out and you are never at the same fitness level as someone else. I put my favorite music on my ipod and off I go. Good luck with your journey!
