I'm also training for a 5k, but its on April 20th. I've never run one before, so I've been using an app called 10k runner. it's 14 weeks, but the first 8 are preps for a 5k. It takes it slowly and I've been able to keep up after previously hating running. You can do it and there are plenty of tools out there to help you…
