You can add me. I'm 5'5 and about 230. I had lost a good amount of weight using the site in the past and then I got distracted by a bunch of drama so I'm hoping to get committed and do the things I know worked for me in the past.

Finished day 2. My biggest challenges were the jump rope, the squat and press and the side lunge with shoulder raise. My arms and shoulders burn something fierce...I got to improve my upper body strength!

Finished day 1 of level 1. Feeling ok but I hope I can actually finish this time as this is the 5th time of tried and I've only ever made it to level 2 once

Just finished day 3. I had to do some modifications during the cardio as my legs were burning but I kept moving so I am proud of myself.

just finished day 2 of level 1. I'm a little sore but not bad. Still struggling with the pushups, and today the jump rope was hurting. I agree with calling Jillian names as a coping mechanism....I kept calling her the devil. Course I will switch this when I look in the mirror and see less of me.
