it has set a goal of 1200 calories a day for me. when speaking to someone i know they said with my age i should not be eating anything less than 1400 a day. the first week i lost 2lbs and the second week i gained .5lbs on the 1200 cal any suggestions

if you are eating 1200 calories a day with exercise. do you have to eat the calories you have burned in exercise or is the 1200 enough?
