I don't eat the best everyday - I have good and bad days but track it all anyways (ate 4 cookies today oops lol)... I'm picky about certain things and have a sweet tooth - I picked up some fruit and veggies for healthier snacks we'll see how it goes!

eat the 1200 plus some of your workout calories if you are hungry... also, on your food settings, add sugar so it shows how much sugar you are taking in everyday - I was surprised how much stuff has sugar that I didn't even realize... good luck!!

it was literally -51 with windchill here in Alberta this morning so you are lucky if you are able to walk outside - 5 mins or less and you'd have frostbite here... get out and walk, no excuses, do it for yourself only!!!

work out different muscles if you do more than one workout with weights... definitely 30 mins of cardio a day and more if I have the time/motivation!

do some small weights maybe to tone? leg lifts if you are laying in bed... get up and walk for a bit if you are feeling like it - drink a lot of water and water down any juice you may drink to save on calories... hope this helps and feel better soon!
