well said and I've been feeling the same since xmas - tomorrow I will quit eating sweets/candy/chocolate... well that day is today thanks for the encouragement you can do it!
-
way to go that's awesome!!! keep up the hard work that got you to this point and it only goes up from here (well down on the scales and inches actually haha!)
-
love what you said - feel free to add me anyone ;)

agree with the comment of Angel food cake - I like to use light cool whip with no sugar jello mixed in as a substitute for icing then decorate with frozen raspberries - very yummy!
-
never & don't plan to start :)
-
LOL hubby did the same - he's lost 44 lbs in 4 months - pisses me off but makes me proud of him at the same time since I know he's worked super hard for it...(I've only lost 40 but tbh, he did have more to lose!)
-
keep at it, he may decide to follow your lead once you've been on ur path long enuf - for now, definitely ask him not to bring donuts in - especially a dozen! it took my hubby 6 months of me doing well losing weight and getting results before he got on board with losing weight and using mfp... good luck :)
-
bump for later ;)

We'll be celebrating thanksgiving with just hubby and our girls out here in Alberta - we live 2500 kms from the closest family but we'll make the most of it! Hubby's a cook with the Canadian forces and he makes THE BEST pie crust so I'll be indulging in that for sure - but gonna do some extra gym time this weekend as well…
-
I've wondered this as well - I get a good sweat doing cardio/strength training but never feel that 'high'... not even when I was running - I'm working up to running again but hate it... sorry, guess not very helpful ;)
-
great job... keep up the hard work!

wtg - love the dress on u so cute!
-
love the dress so pretty!
-
seems like the last place I lose the weight - I want to just tighten up my abs a bit! guess I can't blame the kids since they are 13 and 12 lol ;)
-
I like her kickboxing (kickbox fast fix) workout
-
yup - well dinner anyways I know the day before or sooner what we are having
-
it gets better - the first day is the worst and you'll be sore for 3 or 4 days but then you'll feel stronger - you can do it!
-
for all of you with wedding anniversaries on Halloween - regrets? just curious as my sister is tentatively getting married on Halloween either next year or the year after - no date set yet as she's pregnant and wants to lose baby weight first...
-
I'm going as a devil and hubby as an angel - complete with heels gonna be hilarious more than scary but can't wait ;)
-
That is awesome - congrats!
-
I agree about the news feed - love seeing the progress of friends :) feel free to add me as well...
-
baby steps for sure - hubby thought there was no way he could keep within his calorie count and is surprised some days he has extra at the end of the day (maybe only a few but still...) tbh MFP has replaced fb for me :)
-
thanks so much! love my MFP friends they are so supportive!
-

hubby is a cook in the army and doesn't log anything he does at work even tho it's a 9-12 hour day for him, mostly on his feet in army boots... he just started using mfp (got him addicted to the iPhone app - who knew it would be that easy?? haha) and only puts in as exercise what he does outside of work... hope that helps!
-
33 and log evthing open diary and love some encouragement from new friends as well... anyone who doesn't encourage back or log on at least a few times a week gets deleted - sorry to be harsh lol :) o and I eat at least 1200 cals/day and am doing the 30 day shred (on day 2, level 2) as well as walking or biking...
-
same (20 mins circuit training) don't have a HRM right now :)
-
just finished day 10 of level 1 - 2 lbs lost so far :) it does get easier btw the first day is the worst!
