Thanks. I guess I need to consider this a "work in progress"

Which Paleo site?

Thanks for the input. I wouldn't normally choose Paleo since I love bread and pasta, however doctor put hubby on it so in order to make it work I joined him eating that way and now it is just my way of eating. No dairy. I have found a plant protein that isn't too bad and I was manly using that on weight lifting days, but…

I am new to this whole eating more and come from eating 1200 a day if even that. I am just starting and wrapping my head around having to eat at least 1887 according to my TDEE is causing concerns. I also do three days of cardio (Body Combat) and three days of Strength (Body Pump) which I know is more than I probably…
-
I am just about to start Combat and will also be doing Body Pump with it. For those that do pump - what's the highest weight that you lift. I am trying to gauge if I need to go up in weight.

About to start week 3 - anybody else doing this?
-
What kind of results have you seen from this program. I'm starting tomorrow.
-
How often do you do the Les Mills Pump classes with the plyo? I am currently doing a rotation of LMP at home with the DVDs and may want to incorporate the PIYO and give it another chance.
-
I was hoping for an answer to this also. I just started barre and want to incorporate with my other workouts.
-
What barre classes are you taking or are you doing DVDs?
-
Just started CLX - but doing it with TurboFire. Week 2 of Burn phase. I was doing LMP and saw results and had dropped the last five pounds. Since then put them back on and decided to do this program. Hoping that I will get the same results. For those who have done before, when did you start seeing results?
-
Well most people think I am a little nutty, but I get up at 4 am to workout. Normally six days a week I workout from 4:00 to 5:30pm then get ready for work after that. I like the feeling that I got my workout in and then I don't have to worry about it when I get home. Normally after work I go for a short bike ride.

Hey there - live in West Palm Beach

Unfortunately there is not a hybrid posted on TeamBeachbody - the only ones are with T25 and P90X3. I haven't found one yet. For some people they are getting a good calorie burn and this program alone will work great, but for me, and for others as well from what I have read, it just isn't enough. Sweat and Drench are…

If you come up with one, please let me know. Since I have never done TF by itself, I am not real sure of the workouts yet, so my plan was to do TF one week and the Piyo schedule the following week and alternate, but I don't know how effective that will be.
-
I feel the same way and feel that I miss the cardio, I came off of doing several rounds of T25. I started doing TB for one week and the following week following the PIYO workout. Gives me the cardio, but also get the flexibility that I like with Piyo.
-
Thanks. I enjoy LMP and have gotten good results from it. Did you get good results from Extreme?
-
I started PIYO also and agree it is not enough when coming from workouts like T25. Want to take a break from T25, any suggestions on which would be a good program to add with it that is not going to take a lot of time? Would Chalean Extreme or LMP be a good choice? Never done Extreme yet, only LMP.

Today was day 3 for me and it was Yoga. I don't like yoga, hated the long one in the original P90X, but this one went so fast, didn't even feel like it was a workout, none of the poses were held, just sort of flew through it. Anyone have any opinions on this one?
-
I started this morning with the first workout. Coming from T25, I don't know how I feel about it. Just seemed to have a lot of breaks and talking. Hopefully that changes.
