I'm currently doing 21 Day Fix Extreme, but will be switching to 80Day Obsession on the 15th.

Thanks for all the replies. My mountain bike is a 29" so I don't think it will work with a trainer. Space is not an issue for me. I was looking at both the Sunny Health & Fitness and also the Spinner ones - there are just so many out there. I want to use with the Peloton App.
-
Because I don't have a road bike. I have a mountain bike and I have a hybrid bike.
-
I started my reset in October so it has been a while.

Sorry, don't understand what you mean. I am eating at a cut, not TDEE
-
Thanks Heybales. It is not that I am trying for that low with carbs, it just seems to be where it is falling when I have been tracking. I eat Paleo so that is naturally high fat/low carb. The majority of my carbs come from veggies and then when you factor in the fiber, my net carbs is low. Guess I need to see how to get…
-
Can not eating enough carbs affect fat loss? I average about 10-15 net carbs a day eating about 1900-2000 calories a day. I lift 3 days a week and do HIIT 2 days a week.
-
I wish it was water retention, but I don't think so. I have been lifting prior to STS so I don't think it is an adjustment. I am still in a waiting and see pattern, it is just so frustrating.
-
Thanks. I have to wait until I am at work to access the spreadsheet, I don't have excel at home.
-
Thanks for all your help. I only say low because other calculators had me at 1900 and then when I cut, I don't know if that will be the correct calorie range to be in. I don't want to have to restart doing this again if I fix my metabolism and then screw it up again.
-
I'm 50, 5'2, no kids, desk job, lifting 3xweek (just started STS) and 2 days Hiit (20 mins). I will run it again to make sure, just still seems kinda low.
-
Maybe it was my error. I just need to get it right.
-
Thanks. I redid with that spreadsheet and it shows at TDEE at 1683. What such a difference? Seems kinda of low, but if I need to drop to that and it will stop the gaining and inches I will.
-
Hi Lightweightdiva, I am vertically challenged also, I'm 5'2. I haven't found success yet, but I am trying.
-
No my estimates was after I stopped all the cardio. I calculated with an estimate with 3-5 moderate which puts me at a TDEE of 1901 and most days I stay around that amount - on occasionally go above to the 2200 mark.. I weigh myself about every five days, always the same time. Food logging is pretty good, I don't eat out…
-
That is what I am glad for. I programs that let me know what to do.
-
Did you get good results?
-
I know with the stands I have to be careful, but until I get real high up in weight, I should be good (I hope).
-
I wanted to get a power rack, but due to space issues and $$ wouldn't work, I got the adjuster one which are two separate stands, but I know someone who uses and it works just fine and will fit a lot better for me to start
-
I am doing some of her other weight workouts right now (never done her workouts before), waiting the on the STS DVD's to get here and the squat rack I ordered for the house.
-
STS is by Cathe Friedrich, it has 3 cycles - endurance, hypertrophy and strength.
-
I did look at her website and someone else recommended her also. I need to find one that only incorporates dumbbells and no gym equipment
-
Thanks for all the advise. Still looking for a good workout routine that I can do.
-
Thanks.
-
Never used kettlebells. Do you follow a particular workout? I like working out to DVDs but can't find any for weight lifting, but have seen some for kettlebells.

Yesterday I completed 4 days of eating at 1800 calories - it is getting easier and I am amazed at the amount of food I am eating, more food than I have in years. I also got on the scale this morning and actually dropped 4 pounds which I am kind of shocked at. Woke up this morning and my stomach was actually grumbling for…
-
Well I made it to 1800 today and it was not easy and feel absolutely sick. This is so scary because I am so afraid of putting on weight and I know its a process, but with the way I feel right now, I just want to go back to the way I was "not" eating tomorrow so I don't feel so bloated.
-
Feeling stuffed is right. I need to track as I eat otherwise its late at night before I realize I haven't had enough. Thanks for more suggestions.
-
Thanks. But I eat Paleo, no dairy. Today I had a piece of cheese for the first time in almost a year to try and up the calories, but I don't want to really go back to dairy.
-
I keep eating and still can't hit the amount of calories. I feel full and think I finally ate enough and then log in to track and nope, not there. Very frustrated at this
