I am currently on week 7 and let me tell you...this is when it starts getting serious!! DVD's 7 and 8 are no joke. Matter of fact, I think DVD 7 is more difficult than 8. I like feeling challenged and it is definitely pushing me to my limits with all of the shoulder and chest workouts. Love it!!

Eeeek! I fell off the wagon this week. MUST.GET.BACK.ON.TRACK.STARTING.SATURDAY.MORNING!!! Just did not feel up to it this week as I have not been feeling all that well. I still have 2 more days of level 2 to get through and then on to level 3.

I like level 2 much better than I liked level 1. I love all of the cardio moves except for jump rope and I love how much I sweat. Plank Jacks are my favorite.

I am on day 5 of Level 2 and always do 20 minutes on my elliptical after each session. It nearly kills me, but I love how much I sweat and really feel as though I have accomplished a lot.

Holy smokes!! You look great! I turn 40 in January and this gives me hope that I will be able to tighten my tummy and lose my thighs. Your before picture looks just like me when I started out a couple of months back. 10 lbs down so far...just don't think I will ever become a runner though!

I agree! I despise jump rope!

I don't know what it is about jump rope, but it kills me. I can handle any other cardio with no problems. It bothers my shins most of all....

I started level 2 yesterday. I like it much better than level 1. Except for Double Jump Rope. I don't like single jump rope much less double!!

Day 3 for me! I love it....except for jump rope. I hate jump rope.... :)

Got on the scale yesterday and was down .6 pounds. Hope to continue losing more using this method as I am a much happier person when I eat! My husband thinks so too! ;)

I'm going to try this!! I have not lost a thing in over a month and am about ready to give up. I'm just scared that going from 1300 calories to 1800 (my TDEE - 15%) does not make me gain.
