Day #9 for me! Looking forward to Upper Fix later today! I feel great, the scale doesn't prove it though. I hate that, I am such a scale girl. It is a good thing I took my measurements or I would have given up already.

Day 8 here - the scale only showed a 1.2 loss for my first week :( During the week I was up to 2.6 loss. But I took my measurements and I am down over 3 inches so that will help keep me motivated I guess. A little sad about the loss. I am a "gotta see the scale go down" kinda girl. I've been doing both. Mainly because I'm really serious how I fall within the calorie goals. It's been pretty spot on for me. A bit under but I feel very satisfied.

I will end the 21 days with the 3DQF. I just hope that weight doesn't just come back on right when I stop. I hope I will be able to go back to a different diet once I hit goal.

My husband uses a whey protein powder so I'd probably just use what he has. I think it's body fortress. It's about $20 at the grocery store but I often find a coupon for a few dollars off

Note to self, If you think that vanilla shakeology was gross....you hadn't tried the chocolate. YUCK! No wonder why they have a million recipes for the stuff, you need to mask the flavor. I wear a heart rate monitor to see the calories burned. So yesterday I ate exactly my containers, and it ended up being 1,150 calories. Today if I eat everything I have planned to complete the containers I will be at 1,359. So it is keeping me in the 1200-1499 bracket thus far and I am sure it will all even out.

I saw that I can get the plyo one on amazon - I just wonder if it is worth the extra cost? I assume that If I like the 21DF, then I will get the extreme after a couple rounds

I imagine it would be because the 21 day fix you don't eat back your exercise calories - you just eat what you are suppose to. Whereas MFP has you eating back exercise calories. I started today - and I am suppose to eat the 1200-1499 bracket. I logged my food for the day already, because I was curious and I am set to eat…

Do you mean food? I haven't started yet - tomorrow is my day one. But I have done some prep and although you don't HAVE to track calories with the containers, im curious so I'll do it both ways. Plus my husband sometimes uses my calorie calculations for his diary.

I did the other cardio one today and she says it's the hardest one but I disagree. The total cardio was much harder for me. I assume the added weights

Awesome! I love that idea. It helps when people report progress too! Oh and if love to share meal plans/food ideas too! I typically eat pretty good but I think I'm going to struggle with fitting all the containers in one day - the balance of not eating too much of one good vs another will be hard.
