  • I've completed insanity - no nutrition plan though and I skipped the recovery workouts for running. I've done parts of p90x I've tried t25, it was ok just wasn't my style. I much prefer Shaun t in insanity.

  • I have the same struggle - and especially knowing that to put on muscle you really need to be eating calories, so how can I not lose weight - lose inches and be eating at a deficit? Impossible! But trying not to get down myself, I just try to focus on other things, how I feel, how I look, the compliments from others....

  • Round 2 Day 11 The scale finally moved - only .2 but hey, I will take it. My back is feeling better - I wonder if maybe the back injury has caused me to retain some fluid?
