Why do think it's not systainable? (Just curious) I spent 6 month on keto last year. This year I would say it looks like low carb mostly. Now I am experimenting with increasing healthy fat and figuring out safe amount of carbs to eat that way forever. ;)

I would suggest add healthy fat to 60% and decrease protein to 20%. Try it for a week to see how it goes and how you feel. Don't weight your food and don't count calories. You are stressed enough already ;)))

It seems to be you are in starvation mode. Low calories and extensive training can shout down your thyroid function. Increase calories, stop counting them, add more fat and check your thyroid. BTW How tall you are? Your weight? Daily Macros?
